Partnerships

A Partnership is an enterprise where two or more individuals come together as co-owners and we’re proud to provide support to these types of organisations. 

Partnerships are governed by Partnership Agreements which stipulate what share of the profit each co-owner is entitled to. iLex supports Partnerships with the preparation of annual accounts, the preparation and submission of the annual Partnership tax return as well as the personal tax returns of its partners.
